Liquid Emotion is a collection of original rock songs, with an occasional detour down a dusty country road, that takes the listener on a musical journey. With each listen you’ll be drawn more deeply into the universal themes of attraction, love, separation, and finally reconciliation that are part of everyone’s life story. Liquid Emotion is a trip you’ll want to take again and again. Often compared to the music of Sheryl Crow and Liz Phair, Bobbie writes about things you can relate to from her very unique view of reality. “People are so ready to accept the status quo, and basically give their lives away in the process. I get bored very easily, so I don’t mind shaking things up. I loved recording this album, and I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed making it.”
Liquid Emotion was recorded at state-of-the art SoundColor Productions in the emerging rock capital of Pittsburgh by its owner, the very accomplished engineer and guitarist Jay Weaver, with whom Bobbie co-produced the album. Liquid Emotion was mastered at Airshow Mastering by Grammy award-winning engineer Charlie Pilzer.
